Restoring "My Collection" from backup

I have a backup of my entire Mac's hard drive and I am trying to restore the routes/waypoints in My Collection for BaseCamp from this. Where can I find the files that I can use to import my routes/waypoints?

~\Library\Application Support\Garmin\BaseCamp\Database\3.2\

I'd copy all of the files and folders in this directory to the same location on your Mac - overwriting what's there if anything.
