How to move map from Basecamp to Nuvi 760

Please, need some help. Leaving for Europe in three days. Downloaded Europe maps and ran into what seems to be typical litany of problems. As there was insufficient space on my Nuvi 760 (I have deleted languages, etc.) map now stored on flash drive but I can't get at it. I cannot find the supposed "product key". I have an "unlocked code" from Garmin but this does not work anywhere.

I have the map in Basecamp and can see on the computer.

All I want to do is capture the France map (all I need now) and put on my device (some 700 mg space available).

Can anyone provide some suggestions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!

First, when you say you "downloaded" the CNEU maps and have an "old" unlock code, this does not make sense. If you purchased the CNEU maps you would have gone through a download and install process. This process should have put the Unlock code on your nuvi 760.

Never the less, let's try this:

From BaseCamp menu bar select Maps -> Edit Unlock Codes.

In the window that pops up, select ADD on the upper Right hand corner. This will create a new Unlock Code entry in the window. Type in your valid Unlock code for the nuvi 760 and your CNEU maps.

At this point you should be able to attach your nuvi 760 to your Mac and transfer "France" to the nuvi. When you do this it should transfer the Unlock code as well.

If this does not work call Garmin Product Support.

    Cheers,
