can't see my unlocked City Navigator Europe NT – Italy & Greece

Hi,

I can't see detailed map on BaseCamp even though I have "City Navigator® Europe NT – Italy & Greece" installed and unlocked. It is displayed on RoadTrip with no problem.

I see the codes in "Edit unlock codes" window on both BaseCamp and RoadTrip same.

What would be the problem?

Do you see your City Navigator map if you go to Maps->Installed Maps Info? If not, please go to the console and see if there are any BaseCamp error messages when you start BaseCamp.

Yes I see City Navigator Europe NT installed in that window (it says status: locked though) but I have "Italy & Greece" region unlocked.
