FEATURE REQUEST: Categories

Because it is advisable to do a full reset of a zumo 660 after a firmware update, Favorites Categories get lost each time. It would be great to have them in BC, the same way they are set up in MapSource. Thanks.

EDIT: I do know how to preserve them, using a renamed current.gpx file backup, but if part of the idea for software to complement the GPS is to provide a big screen and handy interface for detail work, categories would be a welcome inclusion.

I think someone (KILLTIMER maybe?) asked when the beta started but we didn't get much feedback on Categories. I would love to see them again but fewer and fewer of the GPS's are supporting them.

Doesn't mean I won't be asking the Montana series to add the Waypoint Catagory feature but I don't expect they'll do it if BaseCamp isn't going to support it.
