Tracks not showing up in Basecamp

I am using BaseCamp 3.1.4 for Mac and a Zumo 660. BaseCamp is no longer seeing the track logs on the device. When I go Tools/My Data/Manage Trip Logs the trip logs are there and I can export them etc.

I used to be able to import from the GPS to BaseCamp but am no longer able to do this.
  • Is anyone else experiencing this issue? We will look into it and see if we can reproduce this problem. Thanks for the heads up.

Edit: In investigating this it looks like the device does not "advertise" trip logs to BaseCamp. This behavior hasn't changed in any recent version of BaseCamp. This is a bug in the Zumo that I will send to the team in charge of that device. In the meantime, I could still read the active log from the device, or you can manually read the saved trip log by using File->Import and browsing to the /Garmin/Trip_Logs directory on your device. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I really hope you guys fix this bug. It used to work well but I have updated the Zumo software to the latest and 'features' it provides are less than ideal.

It was so much easier when the individual tracks showed up in BaseCamp and you could select them to see them on the map. When you shut the device off a new track is created, so picking the one from the list is tedious at best.
