I recently subscribed to the birdseye service, and yesterday it was working and now it isn't.
Today I tried to download a map and upon completion of the download I tried transfer the map to my GPSMAP 62st, at which time a window popped up that said "basecamp is validating the satellite imagery for use on the selected GPS device"
Below that it says "signing in..." and then that changes briefly to "checking...". Below all that there is a button for "Send Demo" and "Cancel". about a half a second later I get a red circle with an "X" in it that just says "checking failed" with no further explanation.
I tried to log onto the support website and of course that is down for me as well. Overall this service is becoming very aggravating.
