Where does BaseCamp retrieve the Forerunners Tracks from?

Hi,

I have a small problem that's driving me crazy. In BaseCamp it shows me my Forerunner 410. When I click on it, I see 4 tracks. The problem is, that two of them are duplicates. Now whenever I delete them, they reappear after I relaunch BaseCamp. Reinstalled BaseCamp completely, but they are still there. In "User/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Devices/[ID]/History" I don't have duplicate activities.

Here is a screenshot:

Can anyone help me delete the duplicates so that they don't reappear? And why are they even listed as tracks in BaseCamp? Can I disable my Forerunner in BaseCamp?

Thank you
  • Looks like you are viewing the tracks stored on the forerunner. I am guessing the forerunner does not allow you to delete anything except an item you drug from basecamp. If this is the case try deleting the tracks from the forerunner.

I checked if the tracks where on the Forerunner and there were only 2 activities on my Forerunner 410. The problem was BaseCamp itself. I just deleted the original tracks (not the duplicates alone) and the duplicates as well and they wouldn't reappear. So for me the problem is solved, although I have no idea why BaseCamp duplicated (it even triplicated them after I posted) them...

    Thanks anyway
