Any one ever get one of these working with a Mac?

have just (well a year or more now) switched to a Mac, and everything seems twice as difficult as on the PC.

I have serial to USB adapter, but just cant get any Mac software to see it

    GPSUtility, MacGPS Pro, and National Geo TOPO! will see your ForeTrex 201. However, serial is a dead interface and I think you would enjoy owning an updated device with improved features. The new units have High-sensitivity receiver that make a major difference in the time it takes to lock on and the ability to continue receiving in shaded areas.
