More details on "No elevation profile"

Here are more details on my elevation profile problem in BaseCamp.

If I download a track from my 450T into BaseCamp, I can get an elevation profile. If I create a route from that track in BaseCamp and then select that route, I cannot get an elevation profile. If I right click the route, "Display Elevation Profile" is grayed out. If I double click the route name to bring up the info window, the "Show Elevation Profile" option doesn't work.

Also, if I use the track tool in BaseCamp and create a track, the "Display Elevation Profile" is grayed out when I right click it.

Is anyone else having this problem with 2.1.2?

See my response to your other message, but it sounds as if you're using a map with no elevation data. If you create a track on your 450t and transfer it back to BaseCamp, can you see the elevation profile?

Elevation Profile Grayed Out

I, too, am having the same problem with Elevation Profile being grayed out once a route is created. Elevation Profile is available with tracks, but once a route is created, no go. However, I'm using BaseCamp 3.2.2 on a IntelMac running OS 10.6 8.
