I have a 1490T and have been creating custom routes in BaseCamp.
After I export to the GPS using 'send to GPS' dialogue box (sending just the route, no maps) I go to tools>my data> import route(s) and select a route and hit "import" the GPS shows a progress calculation and before getting to 100% the GPS crashes/power turns off.
When I turn the GPS back on and look under routes it is not there and if I try to import again it crashes again.
Odd thing is I can get some to import and mostly they do not.
In this last instance a fairly simple route imported no problem and another with multiple stops is the one that keeps crashing the GPS
