Can`t see maps in BaseCamp

Hello,

I purchased a map City Navigator ® Europe NT - Italy + Greece

I installed the map on the GPS normally, but I do not see it in BaseCamp. The option to download GPS map to the computer is unavailable.

How can I fix this?

Equipment:
Macbook Macintosh Mac OS X
Garmin Map 60 CSx

In what format did you purchase the maps, download or DVD? When you run BaseCamp with your device connected the maps should be detected. However, it could take a few minutes for BaseCamp to read the maps the first time.
