Basecamp Mac selected Birdseye imagery have incomplete images

Subscribed to the Birdseye service and have the latest version of Basecamp and trying to download to an Oregon 450. Selected a small map area and download seems to go fine with download complete although it also says download completed 0. When trying to download the data to the device I get:
The selected Birdseye imagery have incomplete images and will not be sent.
Any idea what could be the problem here?

Seems we're not alone - of course, Garmin doesn't seem to notice this issue - nothing has been posted since this started.

Are you using the PC or Mac version of BaseCamp?

This appears to be happening to both Mac and Windows users...

solved Birdseye download

This is actually on PC, so posted to the wrong forum, but it looks that was OK in this case. As mentioned by another poster this has been fixed now and I can download fine. Images (tried UK near Wolverhampton) are not great, washed out as mentioned before, but at least it is working and it is a start.

Sadly - Garmin doesn't control the quality of imagery, but it's availability. (ish)

Hopefully there is some mechanism to talk with digital globe. Much of the imagery I use / need is fully snow covered in many of their files. I'd love to see some updated areas.
