Base Camp 3.0.1 Safe to install or just a scare story

I just saw a warning (On Zumo Forums I think) , supposedly copied from a Garmin site,
that mentioned that we should not yet install or use 3.01 as there was a database issue.

Is this resolved can I safely d/load and install 3.0.1?

There was an issue with PC BaseCamp 3.0.3 which was resolved in 3.0.4. I've seen no reports of database corruption with the Mac BaseCamp.
