I'm confused as you're posting here, so you can log in?
If there is not activity on your Garmin account across all our sites and services for at least 2 years, your account will be deleted. You may have had two accounts, which is why your Connect app is still logged on. You can cross-reference the email address within your Garmin Connect account using the following steps:
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Select More (bottom right).
Select Settings.
Select Profile & Privacy.
Select Manage Garmin Account.
