Unable to download track(s)

Hello...

I came back from hiking and went to download my tracks into Basecamp. The only one that would come in was the current track. Other tracks were visible in the gpx folder and on my Oregon 400t screen. The only way to get the others in was through a manual import. Pretty inconvenient.

Any ideas?

Where were these tracks located on your device when you manually imported them?

Some of our devices write tracks to a different location when you choose the "save" option for a specific track on the device. This also clears much of the track point data save space, so it's generally not recommended.
