Hello,

I installed BaseCamp onto my mac with OS 10.6.2. Now I created a route with BaseCamp and tried to transfer it to my Forerunner 405. A little dialog is displayed with basically 3 options (routes, waypoints, tracks). After sending a a few seconds a little notification in Garmin Ant Agent should display, but I don't. I can confirm that it's possible to create and transfer tracks to the watch. There are several websites that offer transfering created routes. Did I miss something during creation or transfering? Any advice?

ANT Agent currently transfers only courses, workouts, goals and user profile to the Forerunner 405. It will not detect the presence of any other user data such as routes and tracks available in a GPX file which would explain why you are not seeing any notification.

If you would like to send the tracks, you can however import this data into GTC, create a course out of it and then send it to the device. ANT Agent should be able to detect this data.

Thanks for the answer. I just wondered why it didn't work because there are websites easily accomplishing this task. Maybe Garmin will fix this, if not I use websites.
