and This file is in my Garmin Edge 1040 and that comes into view when you start BaseCamp. Then you see this colored red on the right side of BaseCamp when starting up.
Does your Edge work correctly? If so try removing that file from your Edge, it's likely an old map file that's been left behind. Note don't simply delete it, copy it to your computer so you can add it back if necessary.
