BaseCamp closes unexpectedly

i use base camp to planning the trip with moto but can i insert the destination in portugal (porto or lisbon ) i have the bug and basecamp is closed with a fatal error

Try uninstalling then reinstalling BaseCamp. Close Windows after each step.

hello i use the mac and i unistalling and close the laptop and reinstalling all, but i have the same problem

Have you tried clearing BaseCamp's cache and preferences on your Mac? Sometimes that can help with unexpected crashes.
