Help with setup dev env on Macos - garmin forerunner 255

Hi all,

I'm trying to setup the dev environment on macos sequoia 15.2 (m2 pro), I have followed the instruction found here

https://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq/sdk/

and installed the garmin express found here

https://www.garmin.com/it-IT/software/express/mac/

Leaving a part the problem the garmin express crashes very often (every time I connect the garmin watch to my macbook after starting the application).

The only way I found to use Garmin Express is start the application AFTER connecting the watch to my macbook.

Now I'm writing to the community, because I need help to understand how to copy an application into my garmin forerunner 255 and test it.

For example, I'm able to build the project https://github.com/garmin/connectiq-companion-app-example-ios.git

But after that, I think I should copy the binary of my build to the garmin watch, but how.

Reading the documentation seems easy, I should just  "Copy the generated PRG files to your device’s GARMIN/APPS directory"

But I'm unable to find the folder GARMIN/APPS in my macbook, maybe the garmin express is not working correctly? Does anyone have already experienced this problem?

May I copy the prg file via bluetooth?
