Strange text on GPS TOPO France

After having installed Snow Leopard Basecamp displays strings of strange character when using the pointer on GPS TOPO France. This occasionally leads to Basecamp crashes and is pretty annoying. Is there anyone else with this experience?

We are aware of this issue and will be releasing a new version of BaseCamp that fixes it.
