recalculation of routes is not possible

Hallo,I cannot recalculate my routes, no matter which of my many routes I want to recalculate. If I create a new route with the route tool and then start the recalculation, Basecamp only shows me straight lines between the set route points.

First, which map is selected, as it must be a routeable map, not all maps are. Second, ensure you don't have the Direct activity selected. You are though creating a route and not a track?
