WGS84 ad the level of sea

I am living near the sea especially in Arromanches where Dday happens.

There is a difference of +10 meters on my GPSMAP 67 (with correct barometric pressure) when I am on the seaside. Is it normal? How garmin calculate 0 elevation according to WGS84?
