MacBook Pro and Sonoma 15.2

When I connect my GPSMAP 67 to my computer and when I am looking the content of my gps I have an error message asking to transmit this failure to Apple.

I have connected my gpsmap67 to a friend computer with widows 11 and all is ok.

What can I do??

Make sure you do not have Garmin Express running in the background by fully quitting Express. The GPSMAP 67 only supports MTP mode which unfortunately is not well supported by macOS. And also make sure you use the latest available of Basecamp for Mac, version 4.8.13.
