RV 795 Crashes when importing Basecamp Route

I built a 5 day trip in Basecamp, attached the RV 795 and transferred the trip to it. When I open route planner on the RV 795 each day of the trip appears like it should. When I select one and tell it to import it says saving item 1 of 1 to route planner 0%, then the device reboots (crashes).

Any idea how to fix this?

if anyone else has this problem, I solved it by resetting the RV 795
