M2 MacBook Air & M1 iMac both running Sonoma v14.3.1 & both running Basecamp v4.8.13
Tracks completed and saved using a Fenix 6X Pro are not syncing back to Basecamp.
I open Basecamp.
Connect the Fenix.. I can see it under My Garmin Devices. I've got two or three tracks of Activites created with the Fenix and I can see them when I mount the device as a mass storage device as well in the History on the Fenix.
Choose Transfer from Device. Select the check box for Tracks. A new List folder is created named Recently Read from FENIX 6X PRO. And.... nothing. Empty folder. Transfer dialog completes but no tracks sync back to Basecamp
Tried this on two computers both running identical installs of IOS, Basecamp & Connect. The Activity sync's to Connect but not Basecamp.
Ways to resolve?
