I have my initial maps on BaseCamp a PC Windows. Now I will reuse these maps in my new MacBook Pro M3. Who know to realize this? I use a GPSmap 60CSx and an Edge 1040 plus.

You may be able to use JaVaWa GMTK ... but it may not work with modern Macs
Garmin Express doesn't support the GPSMAP 60CSx, BaseCamp does.
JaVaWa GMTK is not necessary to install the maps on the Mac, as long as those maps are of the gmap type.
You can use GMTK on your Windows PC to check the map type. GMTK uses coloured rectangles to indicate the type: orange or yellow is a gmap map, green is a registry map. The gmap maps can be installed with Garmin MapManager (it's included with BaseCamp).
Convert registry maps to gmap maps on your PC using JaVaWa MapConverter or Garmin MapConverter.
