Basecamp updates do not show

Unfortunately, Basecamp on all my computers keeps telling me that there is no new version available. When I check Garmin’s website, there actually IS a new version. So, either get rid of this option to check for updates in BC or make it work. Thanks!

Which version do you have, and while you've posted in the Mac section please confirm you do have a Mac, if so which OS

Saying the "Most Recent" version provides zero information. It would have been just as easy to provide SUSSAMB with the correct information requested.

Can't help if you don't answer the question. If you have the latest version your OP doesn't make sense.

You don’t have to help me. I‘ve already helped myself by finding the update manually on the website and installing it. I just wanted you to know that your in app update service seems to be broken. Is that really so hard to understand?

Remember my last posting? you yelled at me because you said that the bug I was pointing out was already fixed. Well, here you have the reason for me not knowing about the update. The version number should not matter because your devs should check which versions are actually affected by this update bug.

I don't yell and I'm not employed by Garmin so they are not my developers. I'm a user just like you albeit with over 10 years experience. As you seem to have resolved your issue I'll close this thread.
