Icons not displaying properly on Basecamp with 2 Mac screens active

This has been a feature on my Mac for some time. If my second screen is powered on the icons look like this:

Everything still works, but it's a bit tricky to navigate!

In the past I've fixed it by just switching the 2nd monitor off, but I thought I'd mention it here. Does anyone else see this? I'm using the latest most up-to-date software for everything (Feb 2022), Mac and Garmin, but it's been behaving like this over many versions.

I'm having the same issues. But it's not related to a second screen. It's related to the resolution of the screen. I have a MacBook Pro with retina, a Thunderbolt display and a LG 4K screen. The 'old' Thunderbolt display shows the large icons, while on the other screens the icons are the correct small size.

One interesting thing: if have the Basecamp window open on the retina or LG screen the icons change in size as soon as I click somewhere on the Thunderbolt screen.

Interesting . Something in the Garmin code must be off I guess. Wonder if they will every fix it?
