Birds Eye won't transfer to Basecamp

I have a BirdsEye subscription for GB OS maps. There are some maps on my GPS device that won't show in MyCollection in Basecamp. I have opened Transfer>Receive from device>Garmin Custom Maps and imagery, but when I click on the maps in MyCollection only the outline shows (see first image below) and Get Info shows that the size is 0 KB. If I click on the maps in My Garmin Devices, the map shows properly (see second image below) and is similarly available on the device itself.

What am I doing wrong?

No one has yet replied, but I have explored further, and it gets still more odd.

I deleted two maps showing 0 KB and then retransferred them from my device. Once I had done that, I disconnected my device. The maps remained in MyCollection. However, after I'd quit and restarted BaseCamp, the maps reverted to just the outline and 0 KB.
