When I try to shape a route that I am planning, either via the map view or through the Trip App, it doesn't work. When I try to click on an alternative road I want to use, I keep getting the message 'select a valid location'. I am sure this used to work ok on this satnav, but now it doesn't. I have followed Garmin advice and done a master reset after doing a backup on Express. Still no good. AND the backup restore hasn't restored many of my settings, eg motorhome dimensions. Can anyone help please?
