Where have the times and summary statistics gone?

I usually use BaseCamp on my iMac, but am away from home so using it on a MacBook. However, when highlighting a track, the time component and the summary statistics are missing - as you can see in this screenshot. Looking at the Preferences, I can't work out what I need to alter, or what the problem is. Thanks!!

Does this happen on both Macs? Are they running the same OS and version of BC? I'm not having this issue with 10.13.6 on a 2017 iMac, BC v 4.8.11.

I'm away from home, using the laptop. Before I left home, the iMac BaseCamp would always present summary statistics at the bottom of the info window. The laptop BaseCamp doesn't do that, which seems very odd.

OK, so is the laptop running a different OS than your iMac? There are lots of issues with BC on the newest M1 Macs and wit the Big Sur OS. Supposedly BC 4.8.11 fixed Big Sur problems, but many are still having trouble. If you could supply version info it would help.

Ah - that might explain it. BC is 4.8.11; OS is 11.2.3

On the iMac, I'm still with Mojave because of 32-bit apps.

Click inside the data line and roll your mouse up/down. This is ANOTHER of the MAN bugs Garmin refuses to fix.

This is weird!! I just opened Basecamp to use your tip -- and the summary info was all there anyway! I went back to other tracks and it was fine with them as well! But I'll remember your tip for when they next disappear...........
