There are numerous subjects about the Europe CN and Basecamp issue, but nowhere can I find a work-around.
I have a BMW Nav 6 with pre-installed/lifetime South Africa CN map. I purchased the CN Europe map and downloaded it to my device, via Express.. no problems.
Express only allows me to download the South Africa CN to my Mac / Basecamp, but not the European CN map, as the European Map is not a lifetime map, and not installed on the internal memory, but on the sd card. Okay, I do not mind to attach the GPS to the Mac everytime I wanna plan a route on Basecamp. The real issue comes in, when you try to plan a route in Europe, especially central Europe. It is impossible, as CN Europe is split in North and South Europe maps, and Basecamp can only read onemap at a time.
So, no work-around? I have to purchase a GPS in Europe with pre-installed CN Europe?????
