Why can't I see top maps in basecamp? Astro 320 connected to my Mac

I have recently discovered the same problem as KuleRoger. Until earlier this month, I used to be able to see the Garmin TopoActive Europe map in Basecamp when my Fenix 6 Sapphire was plugged in. Now I get a couple of "Valid Chart Product Not Found" entries under the Fenix 6 Sapphire on the Basecamp sidebar. I have installed the Talky Toaster TT50 map in the GARMIN folder in the watch and I can see it in Basecamp when the watch is connected. (see screenshot above)

Since I last was able to see the TopoActive Europe map in Basecamp I have upgraded several things. Using Garmin Express, I have upgraded to system software 13.10 and updated the TopoActive Europe maps to 2020.20 on the watch. I have also recently upgraded the MacBook Pro to Big Sur 11.1 and Basecamp to 4.8.11 so have no idea which if any of these changes has been responsible.

I have no trouble seeing the TopoActive Europe maps on the watch and can switch between them and the Talky Toaster TT50 map using the watch Settings/Maps/Configure maps.

Using my GPSmap 66s handheld plugged into the MBP, Basecamp can display both the raster and vector maps that are in the GPS memory or internal SIM card.

So something has changed that prevents the display of the watch's TopoActive Europe 2020.20 maps in Basecamp but I am not sure what.
