Hi,
I have an Etrex 30 and a MacBook running Catalina.
I'm using a map (from Talky Toaster) to create a route. Parts of the route I'm making deviate away from the path. To stop the routing software getting confused and drawing lines everywhere, I switch the map to a non-routable one for the off road section, and then back to the routable map when I go back to the path This seems to work until I transfer it to my Etrex30, where it either recalculates the route to straight lines between the shaping points rather than following the path (If I have it set the Guidance Method to 'Off Road') , or just draws lines everywhere on the off-path sections of my route (If I have it set the Guidance Method to 'On Road for Time').
Does anyone know how I can stop this happening please?
