Restoreing on a macOS Catalina a backup on Windows 10 Backup

I receive a "Invalid File Format" when I try to restore a Windows 10 backup on a macOS Catalina machine. BC is 4.8.8 on macOS and 4.7.2 on Windows 10. Are the backups on Windows 10 and macOS compatable?

Yes, works for me using the same software versions as you (and also works from Catalina to Windows 10).

I just had this exact problem (latest BC versions on both computers). Did you ever figure out what you were doing wrong?
