BaseCamp does not connect to my Edge 820?

My Edge 820 is connected to Express but not to BaseCamp. Therefor I can not download any tracks.

Can s. o. help?

You don't say what OS you have but see this thread forums.garmin.com/.../gpsmap-66st-not-recognised

Catalina 10.15.4 is the OS,

the link you sent is not existing any longer.

If that doesn't work for you it's on page 3 of this forum and it seems to apply to your OS.
