My Vivomove watch hands wont calibrate and the screen isnt responding to touch anymore. At my wits end! How do I get my money back!?

This watch doesn't work, hands at wrong time, doesn't calculate exercise properly, or sleep, touch screen hardly works. What technical support is there or can I just get a refund?
