No Trails Visible Basecamp v4.8.8, MacOS 10.15.3

For the last serval versions Basecamp has not been displaying trails on the Garmin TOPO maps. I believe it started with the 64bit version.

The digital information is there. I can pick way points and Garmin will find a route using the topo trails. You just can't browse around and see the trails and where they go.

I've switched from 2d to 3d, no change.

Not sure about the Mac but on the Windows version in Options you can switch off/on features you want displayed on the map. Perhaps somehow that layer has been turned off?

Thanks. Your prompt had me look deeper. The Mac calls it preferences. Garmin has cleverly hidden the layers under the display tab and there's a button called "Hide Map Features". Since I wasn't looking to hide anything just didn't register that this was the place. But it was.

Trails are visible now. The least institutive place I've ever seen a feature like this.
