Is your BaseCamp 4.8.7 displaying 3D maps incorrectly?

I just upgraded to BaseCamp 4.8.7 on my MacBook Pro running Catalina (10.15.1).

My 3D map no longer uses the entire area set aside for displaying the map. Rather, it is a smaller representation in the lower left part of the display area.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions?

Also upgraded to 4.8.7 and encounter the same issues. Only bottom left quarter of the screen is used to display the chart.

An uninstall and reinstall doesn't delete your folders and routes. If you can no longer see them did you have a database set other than the default? If so you need to go into Options and switch to…

In Windows that would be due to a setting for the display, not sure where that would be on a Mac

BaseCamp Mac does not display LakeVu maps, either (or even recognize the source chip in my attached handheld). Garmin seems to be content with ignoring the Macintosh market.

Same problem 4.8.7 3D display does not use the complete screen.

Yes - I have the same problem. I use Basecamp 4.8.7 and iMac 27" OS X running Catalina 10.15.2

Where are old versions of Basecamp to download? for example 4.8.6 (for Mac OS Catalina)

4.8.7 would cause my Mac to crash restart (Catalina 10.15.1) I updated macOS (Catalina 10.15.2) and now I have same issue as the rest, map only on bottom left quarter of screen. also basecamp runs horrendously slow now

I have just updated and i have exactly the same problem has garmin responded to anyone about this, I did a reset and it now shows that I have 4.8.3 but exactly the same problem with 1/4 page. It is now showing as 4.8.7 come on garmin sort this out

just an update went onto garmin facebook to ask for advise. they advised me to uninstall and then install basecamp. DON'T do it as it still makes no difference and now I have lost all my folders and routes really pissed off
