4.8.4 doesn’t show Japanese characters

Hello,

After updating to 4.8.4, Japanese characters in City Navigator Japan doesn't show up (road name, item name, etc., on the map). The map works perfectly with 4.7.0.

4.7.0 is not compatible with Catalina. There was an issue with non-latin characters in non-unicode maps either in the map names or in the titles when the app was converted from 32 to 64-bit. I confirmed 4.8.6 shows Japanese characters on CN Japan NT correctly. Thank you.
