I have a Monterra and a 62S. The 62 connects to BC every time, never an issue. The Monterra on the other hand...... I have read all the Q&A on here and tried everything suggested I think. Getting beyond frustrating, it is now getting ridiculous, 90 minutes so far tonight trying all the various things. It has always been temperamental, usually some combination of restarting BC or the device would work. Not now. When I plug the USB in or unplug, the PC makes the little noise, but explorer does not show the device, - this is a new issue.
It seems this is a known issue, why have Garmin not resolved it yet? It has been years but is getting worse? Maybe I'm missing something here,?
