Praise for Garmin

I chatted with customer support about my vivosmart hr+ not being able to pick up gps satellites. Less than 5 minutes in, they processed an RMA and are sending me a replacement device. I bought this thing almost 2 years ago! IMHO this is above and beyond customer service. To be honest, I was hoping to get a discount code for a replacement device, as in a Vivoactive 3 Music. They have definitely won me as a future customer. I'm still going to buy a Vivoactive 3.
