Former Member Close Express, and then open BaseCamp. BaseCamp will find your MTP then.
I just doublecheck too, and it works that way.
Noted, the trick for me when I just double-check was to close BaseCamp and reopen it. If that doesn't work, close Express, plug in the device, open BaseCamp. If that doesn't work, then reach out to me…
