Hi,
I'm new to Basecamp and have managed to upload a GPX file from Ordnance Survey and then upload to my device. The walk is here:

When I upload to my GPSMap 66 s with Topo Pro Bundle (1:50k OS GB mapping) I see around 180 waypoints. Please see the screenshot for reference.
1. Is this normal?
2. Should I manually remove entries?
3. What is a good workflow for editing these if required i.e. removing waypoints?
I am completely new to this and just looking for ways to take my family on walks and see some great places with as little fuss as possible.
