I am owner of a new bluetooth treadmill, which is able to fully replicate GPS outdoor runs from Garmin connect.
Unfortunately there is no option, to program own individual workouts. Workout-wise you can only run preset programs on the treadmill.
As I do not like to switch speeds manually, while I am running an interval training, I'd like to build up my own GPS based workouts.
So far, I did not find a way, to create a simple GPS track, with different speed settings from point to point.
For example:
Trackpoint 1 to Trackpoint 2 = 3km for warmup with 12km/h
Trackpoint 2 to Trackpoint 3 = 1km 1st Interval with 14km/h
Trackpoint 3 to Trackpoint 4 = 0,5km easy recovery with 13km/h
and so on and on...
I think Basecamp is not the right tool for this kind of planing? Any idea, which would be the best software or way to get a file like this?
All as a workaround to get my own GPS based workout files, which I can replicate on the treadmill.
