Using a Nav V with basecamp. Sometimes, not always, the Nav 5 decides to take a different route than was planned in Basecamp. I am using the same avoidances and route setup in Basecamp and Nav 5. I am also using shaping points. The Nav still might decide to veer off the planner route.
I don't remember seeing this behavior a couple of years ago (using the same Nav 5 gps). Have others seen anything similar?\
Just to try, I made a track out of a route in Basecamp, transferred the track to the Nav, then made a route out of the track in the Nav. It still did the same thing.
Any thoughts?
