Nuvi 2595 Not importing routes

I had previously used the older version of Basecamp with an older Nuvi and I was able to import routes into the device. This allowed me to create motorcycle routes, to be able to follow, however in the current version of Basecamp and my Nuvi 2595LMT, I am seeing it do an import of the routes and waypoints. However once on the device, I cannot locate the routes I uploaded to the Nuvi. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should find them in the Trip Planner app

Well thank you for the quick reply. When I look under Trip planner, I have each waypoint listed. Is there not a way to save the Trip as a name, and have all of the waypoints for this trip show up in Trip Planner? As in the previous Nuvi I had, I was able to save the trip name, and it would allow me to select the name and it would just follow the route. As this way, I have to select each waypoint one at a time, and that would be pretty hard to do driving a motorcycle.

Trip planner lists routes not waypoints, are you looking in the right place? If you send a route it should be in the trip planner with the same name as in BaseCamp, all mine are both on a nuvi 2508 and a DriveSmart 50.

I go to "On My Computer", I right click on the Route I want to send to the device >> Send to your device >> I make sure my Nuvi is shown, I make sure the Routes has a check mark beside it, and then I click "Send". It then will say "Transfer Complete".

Am I not doing this correctly?

And me, although that's not quite what I see, but trip planner cannot contain waypoints so I can't understand your comment about seeing them in trip planner. Are you able to post a screenshot of what you're seeing in trip planner?

Edit: just a thought. I haven't upgraded to 4.7 as there are numerous issues with it. This would explain why I'm not seeing exactly the sequence you describe and/or explain why it's not working as it should, this could be another thing broken in 4.7

Yes, I'm seeing that too, it was the suggestion of a check mark against the route and a message saying transfer complete that confused me. I wonder why KPlummer is seeing that?

Ok, never mind what they're named, what happens when you select them? They will be routes as trip planner can only contain routes. Your real problem appears to be that you name them something in BaseCamp but they're called something different on your device. I've never had that issue but as I'm on Windows I can't really help further.

Okay, well what I will get is for example if I have 8 Waypoints in the route all 8 will show up under Trip Planner. So, can I merge these waypoints and make one route?

Sorry. Let me be clear. Trip planner will only show routes. What you may be seeing is the waypoints on a particular trip. You select the one you want to visit first, it will then route you to that waypoint and therafter along the route.
