Basecamp Mac Birdseye Download Failed

I've been using Garmin Birdseye on my Etrex 30x for some time now without issues but since yesterday I have been unable to download any imagery. Attached is a screenshot of the error message. I am using Basecamp on a MAC. Does anyone know how to resolve this or is the download server down? Can anyone download as of today? Thanks!

If someone who has a subscription can help us to test today then we can find out if it' s just us or its for everyone. Then perhaps it could be a server issue. Going to test daily and share here and hope you do the same. :)

I also tried this & didn’t work for me either.
This is very frustrating! I can’t play with my new toy!

Just got home from work, and I am able to download Birdseye images now. No issues today! :)

Unfortunately no change for me and it still fails. Did you change anything or did it just right itself?

The issue resolved itself this morning. I am able to download imagery now. I am sure the download server was the issue!

Back again. Feels like BaseCamp could improve their error reporting somewhat to help diagnosing these errors.
