Avoidances not work

Hi,

I got a problem with Basecamp (4.6.3) on OSX (Sierra), where I'm trying to get Avoidances to work, they do work for some routes, but not all.

I have selected Interstates, Major-/State Highways (only avoidances selected), but when I do a route, it makes the routes via High Ways (Autobahn).

On some routes it will avoid highways, but not all. It's as if Basecamp refuses to recognise all highways in Germany?

I already did do a reinstall (with removing all preferences)

What am I doing wrong?

Probably nothing, it could simply be a map error not having those routes designated as 'highways'. Can you give an example of a route that uses an autobahn and I'll check it for you.

Thanks, I'm trying to make a route from Rodgau, Hessen, Germany, to Mulhouse, France (the first in a long row of routes for my vacation)- not using highways. Which seams to be impossible. I know this used to work in the past, maybe as you say it could be something with the map, and/or basecamp.

Just tried this and all seems well on the map as it works for me. Have you tried opening the route properties and selecting Customise Route Options and ensuring the necessary avoidances are showing there?

I had "interstates", "Major Highways", "State Highways" as avoidances, having only "interstates" achieves the correct result. I mixing up things.
