Map update contains Bug

Several updates in the past, I'm on 2018.1, Garmin introduced a bug that takes you off the correct route on a short loop road. Sometimes the road is unpaved. Here is the second example I have posted.
From the following store:

Al's Country Store
4605 Price Rd
Gainesville, Georgia, 30506, United States
678-450-8778

Create a route down Cool Springs RD.

The route takes Joseph RD that is clearly not the correct route. I tried to attach a screen shot but it looks like some has changed.
  • Yup, just verified this. What a PITA for route planning [sigh].

    Thanks for the heads-up.

  • I think the problem only occurs on less travel county or possibly state roads. Several map update back every time I would use the Nuvi it would tell me to take a loop road first turn out of the driveway. The loop was longer and half the loop was a dirt road. I waited an update or two think it would be fixed and then I reported and posted on this forum several months back. I have not seen the problem on major highways but I have found three close to where I live. If you don't know the area the routing bug would be harder to detect. A few months back I was taking a 80 mile short cut to the interstate pulling a large trailer. The Nuvi took me through a subdivision. That really sucked.
